| | There are no vocorder problems when songs are so unique. Even the electronics that now seem quite dated, don´t undermine the timelessness of this record. Along with "Bright Red" the best from Laurie Anderson. I saw her last year in Germany, she´s still a powerfull story teller! |

| | I don't say this to denigrate Mr. Powell, but I think reissues are best assigned for review to people familiar with the original. But, I'm kind of an old man and maybe this doesn't have to be the case. It seems more like an arrangement for "On First Listen," though. Again, this has nothing to do with the reviewer here--just an idea. |
