The man who made my favorite record of 2003, Antique Glow, has his debut Sub Pop release set for October 11. Entitled The Sun Comes Through, it’s an EP with one track from the forthcoming longplayer and four new tracks because Kelley is your quality man when it counts. If it’s anything like the previous record, it’ll be basement pop at its best: integrating Skip Spence, Ray Davies, and Neu! while remaining utterly charming and whistleable.
