Otis Taylor’s got the best blues album of the year, and he’s on the road now. In concert, he’s like Jekyll and Hyde — nice, polite, and soft-spoken until he tears into one of his tracks. So far, all these dates are with a full-band, which fits with the sound of the new album. If you come to Charlottesville, say hi — I’ll be the guy eating the homemade cookies and spilling his coffee.
